the event of a cancellation by Tenant, Tenant shall receive a refund of all
payments made by Tenant, less 10% of gross rental fee, plus the Reservation Fee
of $50 and the $49 Accidental Rental Insurance Fee, if the Premises are
re-rented on the terms set forth herein. If the Premises are not re-rented on
the terms set forth herein, Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of any
payments made.

Accidental Rental Damage Insurance
Accidental Rental Damage Insurance is required for all rentals and
is included as a Fee in your quoted price. This eliminates the need for you to
pay an additional Security Deposit and covers any accidental damage up to $1500.
This insurance does not cover negligence, excessive cleaning or willful damage.
You must report any damage before you check out or the insurance will not cover
it. Once the reservation is booked the insurance is not refundable.
